Our customer service department is the link between the customer and our services. Their role is to receive and deal with complaints and enquiries as fast as possible. The customer service employee passes by all the rooms daily to ensure our customer’s satisfaction and solve any issues faced. Also they provide fast reply on phone calls to answer any enquiries. By doing statistics and questionnaires, the customer service employees identify any weak points in the hospital and communicate with the hospital’s administration to solve any problems and raise the quality of our services.
