Eligibility for Refund<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The consultation could not take place due to a <strong>technical issue<\/strong> from our side or the doctor\u2019s unavailability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The patient <strong>cancels the appointment<\/strong> at least <strong>24 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled consultation time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The consultation is <strong>rescheduled<\/strong> by the hospital and the new time is not convenient for the patient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-nonrefundable-cases\"><strong>2. Non-Refundable Cases<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>No refund will be issued if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The consultation has already been conducted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The patient misses or is late to the scheduled session without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The patient cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-refund-process\"><strong>3. Refund Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed within <strong>7 to 14 business days<\/strong> to the same payment method used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The hospital reserves the right to deduct any <strong>transaction or administrative fees<\/strong> incurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-contact-us\"><strong>4.
