1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
The consultation could not take place due to a technical issue from our side or the doctor’s unavailability.
The patient cancels the appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
The consultation is rescheduled by the hospital and the new time is not convenient for the patient.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued if:
The consultation has already been conducted.
The patient misses or is late to the scheduled session without prior notice.
The patient cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the same payment method used.
The hospital reserves the right to deduct any transaction or administrative fees incurred.
